Tusk has firm white meat that is considerably firmer than its relative, Cod, which makes it perfect on the grill during the beautiful summer, or cozy winter. Since Tusk feeds on shellfish, its taste is similar to lobster.
We highly recommend Deep Frying, Broiling, Pan Frying, Sautéing, Baking, BBQing, and Steaming our Tusk.
