We guarantee that all our products are fresh until the printed best-before date printed on the packaging (if the product is prepackaged), or the date we have provided you with if the packaging does not include Best Before date.
Process
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer a full refund on claims from within 2 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, send us an email to hello@salties.io and we'll make it right.
Exceptions
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded; Products not properly stored (i.e. those requiring refrigeration), will not be considered eligible for a refund.
Initiating a refund
To initiate a claim for a refund, please send us an email at hello@salties.io and make sure the following information is included in your email:
- Order number
- Customer name. If you use different contant details on your account, please make sure to provide your email and phone number where you can be reached at.
- The reason for the claim, ie. wrong product delivered, or quality not accepted.
- Please include pictures of all labels, product, shipping material, damage, etc. photos help us verify your claim.
